1. Who We Are
Home Policy Relief Program (“HPRP”, “we”, “us”) is a homeowner assistance and referral service. We provide marketing, scheduling, and referral services to connect insured homeowners with independent, licensed roofing contractors for roof inspections and related services.
In certain areas, one of our participating contractors is Oreamunos Contractors Corp. HPRP may receive compensation from contractors when we refer homeowners to them.
2. Not Insurance / Not Legal Advice
HPRP is not an insurance company, insurance agency, public adjuster, financial institution, or law firm.
We do not provide insurance coverage, make coverage decisions, file claims on your behalf, or offer legal or financial advice.
Any information provided is for general educational purposes only. You should consult with your insurance carrier, adjuster, or advisor for specific questions about your coverage or claim.
3. No-Cost Roof Inspection
When available in your area, a no-cost roof inspection may be offered by independent roofing contractors who participate in the program. The inspection itself is provided at no charge to you.
Any repairs, replacements, or additional work recommended after the inspection are optional and subject to a separate agreement between you and the contractor. HPRP is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the contractor’s work, pricing, or performance.
4. Contact & Communication Consent
By submitting your information through our website or forms, you authorize HPRP and participating contractors, including Oreamunos Contractors Corp, to contact you using the contact details you provide (such as phone number, email address, and mailing address).
This contact may include calls, text messages, emails, and prerecorded or automated messages regarding roof inspections and related services.
You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect the information you provide (such as name, phone number, email, address, and any other details you submit) to determine eligibility, coordinate inspections, and connect you with participating contractors in your area.
We may share your information with those contractors solely for the purposes of contacting you, evaluating your roof for potential damage, and offering related services. HPRP may receive compensation from participating contractors when we refer homeowners to them.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third-party marketers who are not part of this program.
6. Eligibility
The program is intended for insured homeowners in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and availability may be limited by ZIP code, contractor capacity, insurance carrier, or other factors.
Submitting your information does not guarantee that: an inspection will be scheduled, a contractor will accept your project, your roof will qualify for coverage or replacement under your insurance policy, or your insurance company will approve any claim or payment.
7. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective when they are posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
